It’s important to know exactly what your Business specializes in and how you are going to do your Sales and Marketing.
Your time should be spent on Marketing and Sales, both are equally important and these are the only two things that will make you money.

* Why should your customers come to you?

Mission/Goal
* What is your Goal/s?
* This needs to be very specific?
* What you want to achieve?
* What is your Net Profit for a specific timeframe?
Business Name
What type of Business? Sole, Partnership, Company or Trust
Trading Name
Will you have a Trading Name, you need to register this, will have need to have a Trademark?
Client Profile
* Define your client, write down everything about your client – sex, occupation, children, partner, problems, house, car etc.
* If you know who your client is, then you can come up with the Sale Copy to market to your client.
* In this you need to talk to your client as if they where sitting next to you.
Plan
- Products
* Will you sell products?
* What type of product?
* Do you have to post this product, do clients come to you, do you email or download this product
- Service
Are you providing a service?
- Websites
What type of Website? Ecommerce, Blog etc
- Marketing
Copywriting, how are you going to get this out to your client – direct marketing, flyers, mail outs, emails, websites, smart phones, coupons, competitions, press releases, the list goes on……
Extend your Planning:

Test and Measure
* With any Business, you MUST Test and Measure with the Market, to so what your clients want and how do they want it? Test, Test and Test again.

* Traffic to your Office, Store
* Clients new
* Clients existing
* Clients to purchasers
* Product costs and purchases
